1.1. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Talib Al-illm ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects Personal Information when you access or use our Platform.
1.2. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

6.1. Uploaded Content remains the intellectual property of the User. By uploading Content, you grant Talib Al-illm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such Content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
6.2. Talib Al-illm does not warrant the accuracy, quality, or legality of Content. Liability for Content rests solely with the originating User.
6.3. Talib Al-illm moderates uploads, but Content may remain visible until reported, after which it may be reviewed, restricted, suspended, or removed.
Personal Information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:
8.1. Data may be stored, processed, and transferred across multiple jurisdictions, including those with differing levels of data protection.
8.2. By continuing to use the Platform, you expressly consent to such transfers and acknowledge that Talib Al-illm cannot ensure the same level of protection as may be afforded in your home jurisdiction.
While Talib Al-illm employs industry-standard safeguards including encryption, hashing, secure storage, and session monitoring, you acknowledge that no system is immune to unauthorized access or compromise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talib Al-illm disclaims liability for any unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of data.
10.1. Data shall be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes set out herein or as required by Applicable Law.
10.2. Users may request deletion of their accounts; however, residual data may remain archived or backed-up for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.
11.1. Talib Al-illm complies with Australian laws relating to minors. Direct registration by children under 13 is prohibited.
11.2. Family Admins must provide and manage all data relating to child Users. Talib Al-illm shall not be responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized disclosures made by Family Admins.
12.1. Talib Al-illm is a facilitator only and does not assume responsibility for:
12.2. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Talib Al-illm's liability shall be limited in aggregate to the total amount paid by the User to Talib Al-illm in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
This Policy and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Talib Al-illm reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, update, or replace this Policy in whole or in part at any time. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Policy. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of amendments.
